This inclusive and supportive movement class is designed for all bodies and ability levels, with a special emphasis on developing mobility, flexibility, and stability—the foundational elements for feeling strong, balanced, and at ease in your body, whether you're on the trail or moving through daily life.
No bike or previous experience required! This is a welcoming space where beginners, seasoned athletes, and everyone in between can find connection, support, and challenge at their own pace.
What to Expect:
Through a thoughtful blend of mindful movement, functional strength exercises, and breathwork, you'll explore practices that are specifically tailored to:
Improve hip and shoulder mobility
Build core strength and dynamic balance
Ease low back tension and muscular tightness
Enhance body awareness and postural alignment for both sport and everyday movement
Each session will include clear instruction, optional modifications, and supportive guidance, making it accessible for all levels. Whether you're brand new to movement or returning to your practice, you’ll find tools to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more at home in your body.
