About the Presenter:
Dr. Cassie Maximenko, DC, MS is a Chiropractic Physician with dual master’s degrees in Nutrition and Sports Healthcare. A former professional cyclist and endurance coach, she specializes in sports performance, functional nutrition, and injury prevention for endurance athletes. Cassie combines clinical skill with real-world athletic experience, offering practical insights on fueling, recovery, and sustainable training—often through homemade recipes and hands-on strategies tailored to active lifestyles.
