Shipping & Pick-Up
We offer both shipping and limited local pick-up options, depending on the product:
Warehouse Shipping: Most items ship from our central warehouse and are received at one of our two locations:
- Rifugio Litchfield Hills — 461 Bantam Rd., Litchfield, CT 06759
- Rifugio Darling Hill — 2099 Darling Hill Rd., Lyndonville, VT 05851
- Local Pick-Up: Select items may be eligible for local pick-up at either Rifugio location. When available, pick-up details will be listed on the specific product page.
Please allow standard processing and transit times for all shipped orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Camps, Events & Experiences
- Deposits for camps and experiences are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by us for any reason.
- We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your camp, event, or adventure at least one month in advance, please contact us. We may offer a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and our ability to fill your spot.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than one month before the event start date.
General Returns
If you’re not satisfied with a physical product you’ve purchased (excluding camps and experiences), please reach out within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
