Designed for beginners - but open to riders looking for a refresher - this session offers an in-depth introduction to your bike and riding fundamentals, followed by a guided trail ride to put your skills into practice.
What’s Included:
Bike & Component Overview (Part of 30-min Skills Session)
Learn how to use your dropper seat, shift gears smoothly, and understand your bike’s braking system.
Basic Technical Skills (Part of 30-min Skills Session)
Master core mountain biking techniques like body positioning, balance, cornering, and braking control.
Beginner Trail Ride (45–60 minutes)
Put your new skills to the test on a guided ride tailored to beginners. You’ll explore beginner-friendly trails with the support of a knowledgeable instructor.
Trail Etiquette & Safety Tips
Get essential tips on trail-sharing, rider conduct, and how to ride safely in various conditions.
Personalized Instruction
This is a group session, but our experienced guides will still provide individualized support throughout. They’ll tailor instruction to your comfort and experience level, offering guidance, answering questions, and giving personalized tips during both the skills session and the ride.
