Experience Overview:
Join yoga therapist and personal trainer Julie Haesche for a dynamic 30-minute stretch class designed to awaken your body, activate key muscle groups, and support healthy alignment before your run. This all-levels session will focus on breath-led movement, mobility, and injury prevention—helping you feel grounded, open, and ready to go the distance.
After class, stay for a Q&A with Julie to ask questions about running prep, injury recovery, breathwork, or how to build a movement practice that supports long-term strength and mobility.
